Already have Starlink but something isn’t working quite right?
Starlink Install Gippsland is an independent installation and networking company. We are not Starlink corporate support and we do not have access to Starlink’s internal systems.
We provide local technical assistance and network troubleshooting for customers across Gippsland, Eastern Victoria and Metro Melbourne — particularly where the issue relates to installation quality, Wi-Fi coverage, property layout, or network configuration.
If you need help improving performance or fixing a setup issue, we’re here to assist.
What We Can Help With
- Dropouts caused by obstructions or mounting position
- Dish alignment and relocation
- Wi-Fi blackspots inside or outside your home
- Slow speeds caused by internal network setup issues
- Router upgrades and mesh optimisation

What We Cannot Assist With
As an independent installer, we do not have access to Starlink’s account or billing systems and cannot act on their behalf.
- Billing or account enquiries
- Password resets for your Starlink account
- Plan changes or cancellations
- Issuing refunds
- Shipping or replacing Starlink hardware
- Expediting Starlink support tickets
- Accessing internal Starlink systems
- Providing direct phone access to Starlink
For these matters, you must contact Starlink directly via your Starlink app or official Starlink support channels.
Service Availability
We operate as a field service business and provide support during normal business hours only.
We are not a 24/7 help desk.
If your matter is urgent and relates to billing, account access, or service outages controlled by Starlink’s network, please contact Starlink directly through the Starlink app.
Remote & Onsite Support
Some issues can be diagnosed remotely. Others require an onsite visit for repositioning, recabling or network adjustments.
