We are on a rural property just outside Menniyan and had trouble with our internet and mobile phone reception as well as problems with our newly-installed solar panels and batteries being able to communicate and be seen on the app. Cohen Lewis of Install Group Gippsland solved three problems quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. Our Starlink antenna and modem was installed and we were up and running within minutes; our poor mobile reception within the house and shed was solved with a wi-fi mesh that has enabled us to carry on with our business without having to stand outside to connect or to maintain our calls without dropping out; and most importantly Cohen solved the problem with our newly installed solar power system that the installer had not been able to solve. The solar communication problem was solved due to Cohen’s experience and ability to think logically and laterally. All this work was completed within one morning.

I normally do not leave reviews but I was so impressed with the speed and quality of Install Group Gippsland’s work that I am leaving this review.

I cannot rate Cohen highly enough. We have been experiencing difficulties with NBN reception for some time. After a recent long term power outage where we had no internet or mobile reception for 4 days I decided to ditch the NBN. Organise Equipment
