Speeds you can expect from Starlink can range on average from 100mpbs to 200mpbs for download – in some cases, 300mbps or 400mbps depending on your location. For Upload, it can range from 5mpbs to 25mpbs. This is all dependent on your area and other users connected to the same Satellite. With the installations that I have completed with minimal to no obstructions, speeds have been over 100mpbs for download and from 10mpbs to 20mpbs for upload. However, the best improvement is latency compared to NBN Satellite or 4G/5G with latency around 40ms to 50ms.
The speed will and does vary from day to day, however, it is generally within the same range, unlike NBN which can go from being great to being very poor all the time.
All the customers that we have completed installs for have said that Starlink has provided them with internet connectivity to:

- Have better Zoom, Google Meet and Teams Calls with a stable Camera and Audio.

The Process
Site Survey
Before even installing Starlink or requesting a service, we will assess the site of which you wish to have Starlink installed. We could do this remotely or it can be done in person depending on your location and obstecles. This is to ensure that Starlink is going to be the best solution for you and that your location will have a reliable Starlink connection.
Finalise Order
Upon completion of the Site Survey, we will provide a final order which outlines the install process, core parts and if any additional parts that might be required. We require approval on this to proceed.
Equipment Order
Once your order is approved and first payment of the order received, we will purchase any additional parts. If you haven't already, this is the time you can place your order for the Starlink equipment and Service.
Installation
Once all parts have been received and you have your Starlink equipment, we will arrange a date for your installation.
