Why is a site survey important?

In many cases we can complete a remote site survey using satellite imagery and photos. However, there are times when an on-site visit is the best way to ensure a smooth installation.

During a site visit, we come to your home or business to assess the ideal location for your Starlink dish. This ensures maximum performance and eliminates potential obstructions. It also gives us the opportunity to walk you through the installation process, confirm where you’d like your Starlink router positioned, and discuss any additional requirements—such as cabling, wall plates, networking equipment, or mounting hardware.

We offer a FREE on-site Starlink Site Assessment to help determine the best location for your dish and to discuss your installation options along with any additional networking requirements.

Whether you're in a remote area or setting up at a business in a small regional town, we make sure you get the best performance possible from Starlink and provide ongoing support.

Our Starlink Installation Process

From choosing the best dish location through to final testing, we take care of every stage of your Starlink installation.

Site Survey

We assess your property, check for obstructions and identify the best mounting position for reliable Starlink performance. Depending on your location, this may be completed remotely or through an on-site visit.

Finalise the Plan

We provide a clear installation plan covering the recommended mounting method, cable route, required equipment and any additional networking work needed for your property.

Organise Equipment

Once the proposed work is approved, we organise the mounting hardware, cabling and any additional parts required. We can also guide you through ordering your Starlink kit when needed.

Installation

We professionally mount your Starlink, run the cabling, configure your network and complete performance testing to ensure everything is operating correctly.

Installation dates may occasionally need to be adjusted due to unsafe weather conditions.

After approval, we organise any additional parts required for your installation. If you haven’t already ordered your Starlink kit, this is the stage to complete your order.
Installation
Once everything has arrived, we’ll schedule your installation and complete the setup professionally, including mounting, cabling, configuration, and testing.

I cannot rate Cohen highly enough. We have been experiencing difficulties with NBN reception for some time. After a recent long term power outage where we had no internet or mobile reception for 4 days I decided to ditch the NBN. I reached out to Cohen after completing a google search for installers of Starlink. The installation went smoothly, and I am now enjoying high speed internet without any issues. I will also maintain internet and mobile communications if there is another power outage as we can simply plug the modem into our generator and everything will be back on line.
